Submitting progress pictures is essential if you really do not want to. You can take your before pictures (as long as they are date verified), and if you are happy to submit them at the end of the challenge then you can do this. We respect everyones privacy and will never share any pictures without prior consent.
Yes, the 8 Week Transformation Challenge is all online. We provide you with everything you need to achieve a result, no matter where you are located in the world.
Yes, you can continue to take part in other fitness activities that you enjoy to do, such as classes etc.
We run 5 challenges per year with 1-2 weeks break in between, so if you have missed the current start date, it won't be too long until the next challenges begins. Keep an eye out for the next start date to be announced as this is when registration will be open.
