We provide you with everything you need to achieve a great result, you just have to put in the hard work. Workouts, personal nutritional guidance, progress tracking tools, weekly weight targets, daily activity targets, exercise videos, education, motivation and most importantly, support!
Yes, you can continue to take part in other fitness activities that you enjoy to do, such as classes etc.
Yes, the 8 Week Transformation Challenge is all online. We provide you with everything you need to achieve a result, no matter where you are located in the world.
We use a flexible dieting approach which allows you the freedom to choose the foods that you want to eat, which is why our results are so good. We provide you with the basic knowledge and understanding of nutrition, along with your own personalised calorie and macronutrient target, and let you do the rest - the goal is sustainability!
Submitting progress pictures is not essential if you really do not want to. You can take your before pictures (as long as they are date verified), and if you are happy to submit them at the end of the challenge then you can do this. We respect everyones privacy and will never share any pictures without prior consent.
We run 5 challenges per year with 1-2 weeks break in between, so if you have missed the current start date, it won't be too long until the next challenges begins. Keep an eye out for the next start date to be announced as this is when registration will be open.
