The 8 Week Transformation Challenge was created to help people lose fat, build muscle, achieve amazing physical results, and also provide them with structure and a goal to works towards. We believe that having a goal is an essential part of life and that this challenge can help you just as much mentally, as it does physically. We understand that things can get tough when trying to make change, so we have added great prizes as an incentive to help motivate you to keep going when times get tough. Who doesn't want rewarded for all their hard work right?
Can I do this if I live in another country?
Yes, the Transformation Challenge is all online and you can join whenever you are in the world. We provide you with everything you need to achieve a result, no matter where you are located.
What type of diet is this?
We follow a flexible dieting approach which allows you the freedom to choose the foods that you want to eat, which is why our results are so good. We provide you with the basic knowledge and understanding of nutrition, along with your own personalised calorie and macronutrient target, and let you do the rest. We provide example recipes for inspiration to help you build your own meals that satisfy your tastebuds. We do not believe in set diet plans. These are simply not sustainable and when the challenge is complete, you don't have to knowledge to sustain the result you have managed to achieve. By learning about nutrition, allows you to have the knowledge that it takes to keep the result long term.

Do I have to submit progress pictures?
Submitting progress pictures is not essential if you really do not want to. You can take your before pictures (as long as they are date verified), and if you are happy to submit them at the end of the challenge then you can do this. We respect everyones privacy and will never share any pictures without prior consent.
What is included/involved in the 8 Week Transformation Challenge?
We provide you with everything you need to achieve a great result, you just have to put in the hard work. Workouts, personal nutritional guidance, progress tracking tools, weekly weight targets, daily activity targets, exercise videos, education, motivation and most importantly, support! You can reach out to the team with any questions that you have throughout your journey. We're here to help!
If I missed the challenge start date, do I have to wait until the next challenge?
Unfortunately, yes. We run challenges successively with 1 to 2 weeks break in between, so if you have missed the current start date, it won't be too long until the next challenges begins. Keep an eye out for the next start date to be announced as this is when registration will be open.
Can I still take part in other fitness activities if I join the challenge?
We provide you with all the workouts that you need to achieve a result, but if you to continue other fitness activities or sports, this is entirely ok.
Can I do the workouts from home, and if so what equipment do I need?
We provide gym and home workouts to allow you to train wherever you like. Our gym programs are based on using the most common gym equipment and our home workouts include bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell options.
Do I have access to anybody for support throughout the challenge?
You have access to the team throughout your 8 week journey and can send us any questions you have via email or our Instagram page.
How is the winner of the 8 Week Transformation Challenge decided?
Choosing the winner of our 8 Week Transformation Challenge is always tough as we have so many amazing results, but somebody has got to win. The winner will be whoever we think has worked the hardest and achieved the biggest transformation over the 8 weeks.
